End of Summer Craziness

As the end of summer approached, the girls still had a lot of things that they wanted to do.

This was their list:

- Go to the DuPage Children's Museum

- Go to The Painted Penguin to paint pottery

- Paint birdhouses that we got from JoAnn's

- Go ice skating

- Go to the Brookfield Zoo

- Go to Blackberry Farm

- Go to Phillips Park

- Go to the splash pad

- Go to a movie (Toy Story)

- Have playdates with friends

So, in the two weeks of summer that remained, I am happy to say that we did almost everything on their list. We would have been able to do everything, but Toy Story was no longer showing at the theater the weekend we wanted to go. (Wouldn't you know it!)
