The girls were so happy when they left for school on their last days (see pictures above). Mallory returned from school happy, but Madeline came out in tears. She said all the girls in her class cried when it was time to leave. (The boys apparently did not.) She had a great year and is really going to miss her teacher. She has already written her two letters.
The end of school also marked the end of the soccer season. Madeline and Mallory were so excited about their trophies.
