We went to visit my parents in October. Mallory was astonished to see that Grandpa was missing a tooth. (The tooth had been replaced many years ago, but had fallen out that day.) Mallory thought it was really funny that they were both missing a front tooth.
Madeline also thought the situation was really funny. It inspired a whole "toothless Grandpa" series of drawings (including the one on the left).
