Brianna turned 3 (or "fwee" as she says) on April 9th. She was so excited about her birthday and thoroughly enjoyed being the birthday girl. After much internal debate she decided on a Dora theme. Runners up included Diego, Strawberry Shortcake (aka "Strawberry Orcake") and a purple killer whale (not sure where she came up with that one.)
We had Dora cookies with the Martin family and Dora cake with my parents. (Thanks Dad for keeping me company for the two hours it took me to frost the Dora cake!)
Brianna selected Red Robin for her birthday lunch. She loved her birthday sundae.
Brianna went to visit the doctor this week. She weighed 30 pounds and was exactly 3 feet tall. She also went to see the dentist for the first time this week. She did great and came home with a new pink toothbrush. And yes, for anyone who might be wondering, her favorite color is pink. Unfortunately, Madeline's favorite color is also pink, so it's causing some issues. Madeline thinks Brianna should select a different favorite color.
